To change the mining pool configuration for your machines hosted with Hashlabs, please create a support ticket and include the information listed below.
Required information
Please provide all three of the following in your ticket:
1) Stratum URL of your mining pool
Example: stratum+tcp://btc.hiveon.com:10580
You can find the correct Stratum URL on your mining pool’s official website.
2) Mining pool account / worker name
Example: hashlabs_pool_account
This should match the account or worker name you use with your mining pool.
3) List of machines
Specify exactly which machines the new mining pool settings should be applied to (for example, by machine ID, serial number, or hosting reference).
Responsibility for accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all provided mining pool details provided are correct and complete.
Hashlabs is not responsible for downtime, rejected shares, or lost mining time resulting from incorrect or invalid configuration details.
What happens next
Once we receive a support ticket containing all the required information, our operations team will update the mining pool configuration on our side.
Because this is a security-critical request, we will only process mining pool change requests that are submitted from the same email address associated with your Hashlabs account. Requests coming from other email addresses cannot be accommodated.
Processing time
Mining pool change requests are processed within a maximum of 24 hours.
You will receive a confirmation from us once the change has been completed.
If any required information is missing, we may ask you to provide additional details, which can delay processing.
